I was saying that it is not , and i could hear her saying behind the phone that it is.

hello! the ingredients for the cake costed like 40bucks! and you said mouldy!
i spent like 2 days baking that cake without lunch and dinner and you say there's mould.i say there's no mould means there's no mould.
those are not mould! those are oxidised whipped cream !
whipped cream, are made by whipping white cream consistently till it gets fluffy,
so obviously, there's air in the cream. (if not how you get fluffy white cream!)
and after the whipped cream is out of the spray can ,
it of course starts to melt after a few seconds.
when you drink starbucks ice blend or coffeebean ice blend, you think the whipped cream
topping stays solid for a few hours MEH?
NO la.
its WHIPPED CREAM and not ICING SUGAR frosting.
thank you ah. mould. hah!
nobody asked you to eat the cake.
PLUS, that cake is an expensive cake with lots of LOVVEEE.(spent 40bucks for the ingredients kae!-heartpain ; 6bucks strawberries)

making cake from scratch. super mah fan! alot of procedures.
my cake was too spongy and soft that it cracked. It ended up soaking up all the choc sauce i spread on it and became "nuah".
cake that're too soft, no good.
THIS ! THIS BOX OF CHOC IS CRAZY! one box for 8bucks. and not alot. the choc in the picture looks big, but actually they're not.
this tiny cup of sour cream costs 5bucks+. even yogurt with fruit in it dont cost so much. xP
total mess! hahah =x

anw. my family and I, me!me! thinks the cake is good. just that the cake absorbed too much sauce that its not that spongy alrdy .anyhows, it tastes like how a cake should okay! lol.
I was actually quite disappointed cos the cake was like totally melting and "nuah"ing.. it didnt exactly look good. Maybe not as nice as i thought it would look la. It was partly cos the choc sauce was too liquidy( i added whipping cream - not whipped cream, which the recipe did not say i have too.) Plus, the cake was too spongy soft that it absorbed all the choc frosting.HURHUR. But at least it tastes delectable! =DDDDD =))))

went to NAFA today, to pay the fees and hand up the CPF scheme form thing. But hais. i'll have to go down tmr again to pay the administrative fees in cash. ( i called yest and the girl said i didnt have to bring cash! and when i went down, another girl said i needed to bring cash! )
